This is the underlying theme that carries through my art: To inspire freedom… This theme so saturates everything that I do that it has become the starting place for every painting that I create. I’ve developed a skill for celebrating and incorporating mistakes into my paintings because I LOVE the unique beauty that comes from unplanned & uncontrolled moments. When you make place for mistakes to happen… it makes room for freedom, and the setting of freedom is the place where creativity thrives."
